1. About BIILM
This website is operated by The British International Institute for Leadership & Management (“BIILM”, “we”, “us” or “our”), based in London, UK.
These website terms are separate from any admissions terms, student contract, fee policy or programme-specific conditions provided during an application or enrolment. Where those documents conflict with these website terms in relation to study at BIILM, the programme-specific documents will take priority.
2. Using this website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server, accounts or connected systems.
- Do not introduce malware, malicious code, automated scraping tools or activity that disrupts the website.
- Do not submit false, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or infringing material through our forms.
- You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that your device is appropriately secured.
3. Course and admissions information
Course descriptions, dates, delivery formats, fees, faculty, accreditation statements and entry requirements are provided for general information. We take reasonable care to keep them accurate, but they may be updated where academically or operationally necessary.
Submitting an enquiry or application does not guarantee admission, a place, funding, a visa, professional recognition or a particular outcome. An enrolment becomes binding only when BIILM issues the relevant offer or agreement and any stated acceptance requirements are completed.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, BIILM owns or licenses the website design, branding, text, graphics, course materials and other content. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission. Third-party names, logos and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Availability and external links
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. BIILM does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the extent permitted by law, this public website and its general information are provided without guarantees that they will meet a particular purpose. BIILM is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website content where professional or programme-specific advice should reasonably have been obtained.
7. Privacy and cookies
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
8. Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to your subsequent use.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer in your place of residence.
Questions about these terms can be sent to admissions@biilm.org.uk.
